Psychiatrist

River Valley Behavioral Health & Wellness Center (RVBHWC), a privately-owned, outpatient mental health practice in Savage, MN is seeking a part-time psychiatrist as an independent contractor.  Six doctorally-trained psychologists, a consulting neuropsychologist, and a part-time child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist currently compose the practice.  We provide an integrated, collaborative mental health service, including quality psychological and psychiatric treatment in a comfortable and confidential setting.  RVBHWC serves clients who range in ages (children to elderly adults) and presenting issues.  Areas of expertise include:

• Depression and anxiety
• Severe and persistent mental illness
• Mood disorders
• Body image and eating disorders
• Abuse and trauma
• Anger, stress, and grief
• ADHD
• Behavioral management
